Du Long Industiral Park meets all the conditions for leasing Ready-built warehouse workshop in accordance with Decision No. 142/QD-UBND dated March 31, 2023, and Environmental License No. 306/GPMT-BTNMT issued on August 28, 2023. Investors need to consider the following before deciding to lease the warehouse:


Check the Industry
Lessees field of industry must match that of the lessor. 


Update Relevant Legal Informations
Lessee updates information on the Investment Registration Certificate and Enterprise Registration Certificate.


Contact the Industrial Zone Management Board
The Lessee to provide information about the intended lease. Lessee to negotiate with the  Industrial Zone Management Board to agree on infrastructure conditions.  Certificate.


Lessee takes handover of the space, conduct inspection, and prepares production procedures. 


Sign the Ready-built warehouse lease agreement 
Lessee specifies responsibilities for water and waste treatment, payment, and standard requirements for the warehouse.
