Du Long Industrial Park has full conditions for factory leasing according to Decision 142/QD-UBND dated March 31, 2023 and Environmental License 306/GPMT-BTNMT issued on August 28, 2023. Investors need to study the following process before deciding to lease a factory:

Check the Industry

Lessee’s field of industry must match that of the lessor.

Contact the Industrial Zone Management Board

The Lessee to provide information about the intended lease. Lessee to negotiate with the Industrial Zone Management Board to agree on infrastructure conditions. Certificate.

Sign the Ready-built warehouse lease agreement

Lessee specifies responsibilities for water and waste treatment, payment, and standard requirements for the warehouse.

Update Relevant Legal Informations

Lessee updates information on the Investment Registration Certificate and Enterprise Registration Certificate.

Operations

Lessee takes handover of the space, conduct inspection, and prepares production procedures.
