JV with CapitaLand Singapore, one of Asia’s biggest real estate developers. Located in the central of Ha Dong district, the project offers 1.478 apartments and was awarded the Green Mark Certification by the Building Construction Authorities of Singapore (BCA)
2014
Located in Hai Ba Trung district – one of the most central districts of Hanoi, Hoang Thanh Tower is a premium complex project consists of 20 stories with high class office, luxury commercial area and apartments.
2018
JV with CapitaLand Singapore. Located in the central of Ha Dong district, next to Mulberry Lane, the project offers 4 towers including 1.300 units with over 60 iconic features and facilities, which are designed with a captivating four-season theme.
2020
Situated in the central of Mo Lao Urban Area, Ha Dong district, the project consists of 100 luxury villas and adjacent houses in a private residential area with desirable view to a generous lake and parkland.

Hoang Thanh acquired and completed infrastructure development of the Du Long Industrial Park in Ninh Thuan. The project is one of the biggest IPs in the province and is promise to attract big investment in sustainability and technology.
