DU LONG INDUSTRIAL PARK SIGNS FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH CEEC FOR SMART ENERGY DEVELOPMENT

In pursuit of sustainable development and the vision of building a smart industrial zone, Du Long Industrial Park (Du Long IP) has officially signed a Framework Consulting Agreement with China Energy Engineering Corporation (CEEC) — one of the world’s leading energy groups headquartered in China.

Under this agreement, CEEC will serve as the strategic consultant for the "Low-Carbon Integrated Smart Energy Project" at Du Long IP. The project aims to implement a clean energy system that minimizes emissions through a synchronized model integrating power generation, grid infrastructure, energy consumption, and storage. Key components include:

  • A solar power system with a total capacity of 45.90 MWp;
  • Direct current (DC) infrastructure, including 750V DC fast-charging stations and a 220V DC lighting system projected to save approximately 70% of electricity consumption;
  • Smart energy management and storage solutions to optimize renewable energy integration.

The preliminary contract value is under discussion, subject to detailed technical appendices and milestone-based payments. The agreement is valid for 12 months from the signing date and may be extended depending on project progress. Notably, CEEC will be given preferential rights to bid for the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) package, provided all legal and competitive conditions are met.

Both parties have also committed to strict confidentiality regarding all technical and commercial information during the contract period and for at least 12 months thereafter.
