INVESTMENT CERIFICATE GRANTES TO A NEW INVESTOR IN 2024!

On January 11, 2024, the Ninh Thuan Management Board of the Industrial Zones organized the award of investment registration certificates for industrial park projects within the provinces.

During the ceremony, 105-RF Joint Stock Company ("105 Company") was awarded the Investment Registration Certificate for the construction project of ready-built-factory in Du Long Industrial Park ("Project"). With over 15 years of experience in designing and constructing high-quality international industrial facilities (workshops, warehouses, and factories), 105 Company has established itself as a reputable construction vendor in the industry.

The Ready-built-factory Project in Du Long Industrial Park has a total investment capital of 146 billion VND, covering an area of 3 hectares. 105 Company will promptly initiate the project as soon as possible with a completion date expected by September 2024. Upon operation, the project will generate employment opportunities for local workers, contributing to the socio-economic development of Thuan Bac district and Ninh Thuan province as a whole.

105 Company is the second local investor, with the Hoang Thanh Do Luong textile factory being the first to invest in Du Long Industrial Park, Ninh Thuan province. The industrial park has since become an ideal destination for business investment, attracting nearly VND1.4 trillion (USD58million) in total investment within just over a year. Notably are the VND 1.2trilion (USD 50million) from Suedwolle Group (Germany) and Hoang Thanh Do Luong (Vietnam).
