NINH THUẬN to attract two “major” projects with significant investment capital
On March 15, 2025, Du Long Industrial Park held a Principle land lease signing ceremony with Derun Industrial Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong) and Advance Denim Co., Ltd. These two companies are subsidiaries of Top Elegant International Group, headquartered in Hong Kong, operating in the textile manufacturing sector.
The two companies are fabric suppliers for major global brands such as Uniqlo, Decathlon, LEVI’s, CK, and GAP, with a combined total revenue of VND 8.9 trillion in 2024 (approximately 8,900,000,000,000 VND).
A New Step Forward in Investment Attraction
The two companies plan to lease 19.8 hectares of land in the industrial park to build factories for the production of denim fabric (a type of woven fabric) and spandex fabric (a type of synthetic fiber). The total expected investment capital is approximately VND 1.8 trillion (1,800,000,000,000 VND).
The project will focus on utilizing the most modern and advanced technologies for processes including dyeing, drying, spinning, fabric treatment, and wastewater treatment.
Currently, all parties are in the process of preparing project documents, investment explanations, and related procedures.
A Catalyst for the Textile Industry and the Local Economy
The presence of these two major companies not only contributes to increasing investment capital into Ninh Thuận, but also helps create thousands of jobs for the local workforce.
In addition, the establishment of Derun Industrial Co., Ltd. and Advance Denim Co., Ltd. is expected to accelerate the development of a closed-loop textile ecosystem, thereby enhancing the value of the regional production chain.
With this progress, Du Long Industrial Park continues to solidify its position as an attractive investment destination in Vietnam, particularly in the supporting industries and textile sector.
